While Ultra Egypt Travel exercises meticulous diligence to maintain real-time accuracy across our encyclopedic historical guides, monument opening hours, visa rules, and itinerary pricing, ancient archaeological operations are inherently subject to governmental updates.
The Supreme Council of Antiquities and the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities periodically adjust ticket fees, close specific tomb shafts for structural conservation, or alter public access hours without advance international notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical inaccuracies, update site details, or adjust itinerary monument sequences to reflect official Egyptian state decrees.

Violation of these prohibitions may lead to immediate termination of access, cancellation of associated reservations without refund, and legal prosecution under Egyptian Cybercrime Law (Law No. 175 of 2018).
8. Third-Party Service Providers
In delivering comprehensive luxury travel arrangements across Egypt, Ultra Egypt Travel contracts directly with accredited third-party suppliers, including scheduled commercial airlines (e.g., EgyptAir, Air Cairo), licensed hotel properties, cruise line operators, and municipal transport bodies.
While Ultra Egypt Travel selects and audits each supplier under stringent hospitality standards, each independent provider operates subject to its own conditions of carriage, hotel house rules, and statutory maritime regulations. Ultra Egypt Travel acts as the direct organizing operator under Ministry License #874, but is not liable for personal torts, baggage delays, or schedule disruptions occurring under the direct custody of independent scheduled airlines.

Our aggregate contractual liability for direct damages arising out of any confirmed booking shall in no event exceed the total sums actually paid by the Client to Ultra Egypt Travel for the specific disputed travel arrangement.
- Force Majeure: Ultra Egypt Travel shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of contract for failure or delay in fulfilling travel obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable operational control, including acts of God, war, civil commotion, international airline groundings, national security closures, sudden Nile lock repairs, epidemics, or official presidential and ministerial state protocol closures.
